Effective date: August 18, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Aivigator Pte. Ltd. (or its affiliates) (“Aivigator,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit or interact with our public website at aivigator.com (including subdomains such as www.aivigator.com and pages like /pricing), and when you contact us or request a demo via the website.
Scope note: This policy covers website interactions only. It does not govern Customer Data processed inside Aivigator products or in any customer-hosted deployment. See Section 2.
If you have questions, contact us at info@aivigator.com (see website footer for additional contact options).
1) What this Policy covers (website only)
This policy applies to information collected through our public website, such as:
Browsing our pages (e.g., Home, Blog, Pricing)
Submitting forms (e.g., Request Demo, Contact, Newsletter sign‑ups)
It does not apply to data processed by Aivigator’s products or any self‑hosted/customer‑hosted environments. See Section 2.
2) Product deployments & Customer Data (AIVA)
Enterprise on‑prem / self‑hosted. For deployments you host in your own environment, Aivigator does not collect or otherwise process your in‑product Customer Data by default. Operational data remains within your enterprise boundary unless you separately choose to share it for support or other agreed purposes.
Aivigator‑hosted cloud. If you use an Aivigator‑hosted service, our processing of your Customer Data is governed by your service agreement and (where applicable) a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). This website policy does not override those contracts.
3) Information we collect on the website
A. Information you provide directly
Contact & lead data (e.g., name, work email, company, role, phone) when you request a demo, download content, or contact us
Communications you send us (e.g., sales/support messages, feedback)
B. Information collected automatically
Usage & device data (e.g., IP address, browser type/version, language, OS, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and other diagnostic/telemetry data)
Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, remember preferences, measure engagement, and improve content. You can control cookies in your browser settings and, where offered, via our cookie banner.
C. Information from third parties
Service providers & analytics (e.g., website performance/analytics platforms)
Marketing & advertising partners (e.g., campaign performance insights, audience attributes in aggregate)
We aim to minimize what is collected and to use privacy‑respecting defaults where feasible.
4) How we use website information
We process website data to:
Provide, operate, and improve the site (including performance, security, and diagnostics)
Respond to inquiries (demo requests, contact messages) and communicate about our products and services
Measure and improve marketing effectiveness (e.g., which pages and content resonate)
Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, abuse, or violations of terms
Comply with legal obligations
Where required, we rely on your consent (e.g., for certain cookies/marketing), otherwise on legitimate interests (e.g., site operation, lead follow‑up), contractual necessity (when you request something we provide), or legal compliance.
5) How we share website information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share website data with:
Vendors/service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM, email delivery) under contract, limited to what they need to perform services for us
Professional advisors (e.g., auditors, legal counsel) under confidentiality
Legal or safety reasons (e.g., to comply with law or protect rights/security)
Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale) subject to continued protections
6) International data transfers
Because we work with global service providers and operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) to protect transfers.
7) Data retention
We keep website data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Actual retention periods vary by data type and context (e.g., web logs vs. contact records). When no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify data.
8) Your privacy choices & rights
Cookies & tracking. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser and, where available, via our cookie banner. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
Marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails or by contacting info@aivigator.com.
Jurisdiction‑specific rights. Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access and port your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise rights, email info@aivigator.com. We may need to verify your identity and we’ll respond as required by applicable law. If you’re in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you’re in California, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA (including to know, delete, correct, and to opt‑out of “sharing”/cross‑context behavioral advertising where applicable).
9) Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect website data appropriate to the risk (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, vendor diligence). No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we continually work to improve our safeguards.
10) Third‑party links and embedded content
Our site may link to third‑party websites or embed content (e.g., social media, videos, forms). Those services are governed by their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing personal information.
11) Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact info@aivigator.com so we can delete it.
